Very nice hotel. Bathroom door is translucent, so you can't turn on the bathroom light without illuminating the room. Otherwise, very nice.

Broken bathroom door broken and tub need upgrade. The room smelled like a dog had to buy lysol. Was moved to another room and the doir to the room jammed even with card. Had issues entering the room had to get housekeeper to show us how to open the door with scan and pull hard on door handle..

The activities of the adjacent room were like watching an adult video. Additionally the hallways and elevator were dirty. The first room I was given was not clean when I entered which caused me to doubt the freshness of the sheets in the next room I was given. Housekeeping was definitely deficient. Combined with unrequested adult theatre sound from the adjacent room I would not recommend this hotel if you are traveling with children or wish for a pleasant experience.

The swimming pool is very dirty and unhygienic, it smells very bad. The receptionist service is very bad, the way they talk to customers doesn't seem very happy, at first I bought water and wanted to pay in cash, the staff refused to ask for my card, I agreed, about 10 minutes after I went up to my room, a male staff member knocked on my door and asked me to pay $20 for 3 bottles of water. Why when I agreed to pay in cash, they refused, waited until I got to my room and then knocked on the door and asked me to pay in cash, what's the reason????

The room we stayed in was on the interstate side of the building and was quite noisy. Pro tip, ask for a room adjacent from the interstate.
