I had a bad experience at this Embassy suites about cleaning my room. I spoke with Mason. I spoke with SHADA and I spoke with Eddie the manager who promised to take care of me and credit me something but as soon as I got home and spoke with him again, he changed his story terribly. The cleaning of this room was terrible. They did not come in the room the first couple days to do cleaning all they did was make a bed and do towels and then I have to go down and speak with people to get them to come up and clean the room now the manager is switching his story altogether saying that they said that I asked for no service that is not even true. They have no proof of that they’re trying to change your story so they won’t get a complaint. I’ve already reached out to corporate, but I think Expedia should do something for me because I buy a lot of trips through you and this was dissatisfying.

Was an excellent stay very clean love they offer 2 free drinks at happy hour. Buffet breakfast was excellent second time staying at this location and I love it even to some of my guest said that they will book at this same location. Very large room with living room and the separation with door from living room and bedroom was amazing.

The room and amenities were great. The problem I had was when all I wanted was 4 sodas brought up to my room on New Year's Eve at 10:30pm and the woman basically told me that's tough luck, everybody went home early for the holiday. Well what about MY holiday? I was their guest, on my vacation that I paid a lot of money for. 1 bad apple spoils the bunch.
