Effective August 1, 2026, the maximum occupancy for this home will be 12 guests, in compliance with updated local regulations. Reservations booked prior to this date will not be affected.

Please note that beginning August 1, 2026, one full bed will be removed from each bedroom that currently has two full beds. The updated sleeping arrangements will reflect this change.

Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at all times.

Accessibility
This is a two-story home and requires exterior stairs for entry. One bedroom and one bathroom are located on the first floor, with stairs required to access the remaining rooms upstairs.

Exterior Security Cameras
There are two exterior Blink security cameras on the property—one at the front door and one in the backyard. Both are outward-facing only and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
