Just what we needed!

The inside of the home was even better than it looked online. We needed a place to stay that was close to Georgia Tech and fit quite a few people, so this was a perfect spot! The host communicated really well and everything was ready when we came.

Just okay

This place was okay located to restaurant walking distance. The down stairs unit was nice and clean We had two units one upstairs one downstairs. Unfortunately one of the units the upstairs one had cockroaches and more than just a few the TV also didn’t have a remote the one that they had was not the correct one did not work. We asked for one multiple times and did not get one. Besides that it was a decent stay we travel for work so will keep it on my list I wouldn’t be opposed to trying it again

This property is not a vacation home

This house is in dire need of repair and updating and the photos are misleading. It does not mention that some of the rooms are located in a dark, musty, basement. The paint is peeling, the toilet was broken and coming off the floor in one of the bathrooms. The towels were paper thin and worn out to almost see through. The outdoor furniture and fire pit was covered in dirt and leaves and looked like it had not been cleaned or used in a year. The photos gave the illusion of an updated, open modern looking space but we walked into a living room with rusted chairs uncomfortable beds and a house in overall need of repair. You should also note we were traveling with 3 elderly family members who had a hard time climbing the broken stairs with no railing between the units. That inaccesibility should be noted in the description. When I book a home away from home I expect comparable if not better accomodations than my home. This is absolutely not a vacation home.
