I can't say that something stood out, because everything is first class. I didn't use the pool or the fitness center, but I will most definitely stay here again when I'm in Alpharetta. The room was sparking clean, especially the bathroom, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows are AMAZING! Perhaps I should "complain" that I didn't want to get up in the morning because the pillows were so comfortable. Everyone on staff I met is above-average kind and courteous, especially Joanne at the front desk. Great breakfast set-up. And all this at a very reasonable Holiday Inn Express rate. I'd give it six stars if I could.

Our room had a shower under repair. The manager said the room should have been blocked so he immediately upgraded us to a suite. That room was very large. One of the bedside lamps was out making that area somewhat dim. There was a long hair on the sheet when comforter pulled back. I just removed it.

Everything was clean with your standard amenities. Breakfast is on the small side but at least it’s offered. I slept like a baby and that’s all that matters.

Fantastic breakfast! Freshly ground coffee. Nice coffee machine in the rooms. Comfy beds. This was our second stay there this month. Liked it so much the first time that we did it again. Great value for the area also!

No pets allowed. That is the main reason we stay with your chain whenever we can. We are very allergic and it is hard to find a pet free hotel. Please keep it that way.
