Broke my car roof and didn't care

Hyatt valet broke my car roof while parking it. Hyatt manager quickly apologized by saying he has nothing to do with it. Its a 100k car and Hyatt did not even waived the hotel stay. I would not stay her or in any other Hyatt out of caution. They really dont care
