Hyatt Alpharetta

This hotel is currently undergoing major reconstruction of the ground floor level. The entrance to the makeshift lobby is through a side door of the building. Once past check- in the rooms are extremely comfortable & clean. Not sure if construction noise would be a probem during the day?

There should not be any renovation work being completed when there are gusts occupying hotel rooms. Dust from the renovation work traveled as far as the Breakfast room where guests consumed food.

I wasn't aware before booking that the hotel was under construction so the lobby and first floor amenities were an eye sore. I wanted to go to the gym and it was unavailable but they still had breakfast. The room was clean and spacious looked updated but one of the nighstands looked like they forgot to install an outlet. I think once they are finished with renovations it will be a nice stay but i was only there for one night so it did the job. Also my shower head screamed at me the whole time so not very relaxing.

Horrible stay didn’t know hotel was under renovation they serve breakfast in the meeting room workers were painting while you were eating, dust flying. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hyatt Hotels and by far this has been my worst experience ever. a lot of slip trip and fall areas from the construction, house keeping didn’t leave towels, Food was cold but front desk ladies were great

My room was a double beds with a sofa bed. Sofa bed was full of pet hair which got all over my grands kids and their clothes. They were doing renovations on hotel and strong smells of paint and debris and construction stuff was laying all around the floors near lobby and the walkway near where they were serving breakfast.after I discovered the pet hair that covered the couch I told manager and she didn’t even offer another room I had to ask to change rooms or get a refund. Never staying there again.

The stay was comfortable and clean but we noticed a lot of condensation around the window of our room, then we noticed black mold around the window and in our shower. We were there for 4 days and was wondering why my one son started coughing bad and myself I was feeling real light headed & coughing.
