This is the place to stay in Buckhead!! Don’t pay more for anywhere else it won’t be worth it!!! Rooms are incredibly spacious with living and sleeping areas, could stay here a week at least comfortably and I’m sad I’m only here one night!!!! Perfect hotel with convenient parking!!!!

Staff was friendly. Had to ask every day for towels and pillows for my kids. Every time they cleaned they wouldn't replace what they took. Breakfast was fantastic. Beds are not very comfortable. Bathrooms were oddly configured.they hold 50 per night on a card. But again tye breakfast was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly. Many food choices and walking distance to a grocery store. Nice ice cream parlor around the corner for the kids. Very clean rooms too!

It was really a bad experience staying at this location. Room was dirty, elevators were smelly, you could easily hear road noise in the room. Unfriendly staff and during breakfast time, hot water for tea was dirty and it was just not positive experience in any shape. Highly disappointed with quality and services received.

I was very disappointed with the lack of hospitality at this hotel. When I first walked in I didn't even know where the front desk was. A lady sitting in the lobby in a far corner acknowledged me after I said how do I check in, where's the front dwsk. She got up to check me in , gave me directions on where to park and that was it. I had to ask about any other services you may have offered. My husband and I were disappointed about where we had to park. We had to do two trips to get everything we needed out of the car and into our room. When we finally settled in, I realized the phone didn’t work because I was trying to call the front desk about the fridge that didn’t seem to work. The new guy at the front desk didn't even answer the phone, he just kept placing me on hold. After being on hold twice for 5 minutes each time, he finally answered. I told him of my problems but I just wanted to know which way do I turn the fridge dial to make it cooler. He said I'll send a maintance man and hung up. The maintenance man showed up in a dwcent amount of time and showed me how to use the phone. I had to push a green button to turn it on. As for the fridge, it never got cool and I didn’t feel.like dealing with the front desk anymore. He told me if I wanted a microwave I had to go down in the breakfast area to use the guest one. I'm glad I only stayed there for one night, but I will not be staying there again. I had just buried my mom the day before and I had driven 4 hours to get ther

This was my 50th pre-birthday weekend girls staycation trip. I was so excited to spend the weekend in Buckhead. I had no idea that the hotel room would be in bad shape and that the hotel wasn’t like the pictures. First, the furniture is old, dirty, stained and outdated. Second, the bar is basically the front desk counter. The restaurant is the front desk counter as well. Third, the bathroom toilet kept running while not filling the tank. Fourth, the sofa had a musty smell and it was sinking in. Fifth, the bed is so small that only one adult can fit. Lastly, on Saturday morning we left and enjoyed the city for the day. When I returned around 2ish my room was never cleaned and the dirty towels weren’t replaced. I tried calling front desk but the phone didn’t work. So I took the elevator back down stairs to the front desk to complain. I received a set of towels from the gentleman but it clearly wasn’t enough towels. I had to ask him to send someone up to bring more towels and get the dirty towels and trash from the room. The housekeeper came up with 50 gallon trash bag for the small trash can. He had to tie it multiple times to fit. I left the room to get a massage and returned back later in the evening. The smell from the sofa was getting stronger. At that point I was so over it. I had enough with this hotel. I packed my suitcase and headed back home.
