Stunningly remodeled 3-bedroom/2.5 bath in a split family home with modern decor. Offers open concept living, dining and chef's kitchen with EcoWater reverse osmosis water purifier system. Enjoy a spacious patio, gas griddle, and saltwater pool. Enjoy the serene garden and flat grassy areas with the privacy of a fenced backyard. Exercise equipment (Peloton tread) included.
IMPORTANT:
You can charge your electric car in the parking of our property just paying an Electric Fee of $30 dollars per night of charge. Events are subject for approval, so please inform us of your plans in advance of booking. For approved small get togethers (up to 15 additional guests not staying at the home), we charge an additional $150 cleaning fee. For larger events, such as birthday and graduation parties, will charge $10 extra per person to be paid at the time of bookings, max 50 guests or $500.

A perfect place for work, play and rest

Our company used this property to hold strategy sessions with our various department work teams. There's plenty of room and the technology works for both presentations and movie night. The property is stocked, clean and a wonderful place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet, and perfect for walks with food delivery accessible and restaurants nearby. Love this property and you will too!

Amazing Spot for Small Business Gathering

This is our second time staying here in the last two months. We love this site, because there is enough space for a small conference meeting. The Wifi is great, the space is comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with snacks, drinks, and coffee. The outdoor space is lovely. We are a small company with a remote staff. There are food establishments and hotels close by, and enough beds and rooms for some staff to stay or rest onsite. We highly recommend this site for small staff meetings of 5-10 people. We are planning to return for our next meeting! The owners are great. Thanks again.

Family Vacation

Gerry, the host was phenomenal! He responded to every message I sent in record time. I do not know where to begin with the house. When you first walk in you are met with the most pleasant, calming smell. It was almost yummy to the taste. The house was immaculate. The pictures on the site don’t do the house justice. Yet, you can believe what you see. We had a beautiful welcome basket waiting us. The refrigerator was stocked with every beverage you could imagine to drink. The house was so clean. I have OCD and I could not believe I felt like I was home. Actually, I rather have stayed there. The pool, the pool, the pool!!! The pool was everything!!! My children didn’t want to leave. I could go on and on about this house. If you are thinking about renting this house, don’t think. Just Do It!!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you again to the best host I’ve encountered!!!😊
