The property is in a private space with only 1 house next door which is vacant. 3 big bedrooms on the first floor with queen sized beds which can easily fit 2 people each. 1 of the bedrooms on the first floor includes a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. There is a large sleeping sofa in the Sunroom/ Living room that can easily sleep 2 people. The lower level has 3 beds that can sleep a person per bed which also includes a small living room with a Flat screen TV. The game room has a flat screen TV, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table and a extra fridge. The main living room has a flat screen TV with a very large sectional. There is a very nice dining table near the kitchen that seats 6 people but there is another dining area near the sunroom that sits 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you could possibly think of in terms of kitchenware. The laundry room near the kitchen has a washer and dryer that is available to all guest for free. A very nice backyard with a lot of privacy and 4 patios for outdoor seating. The front porch/patio has 2 rocking chairs and a coffee table. The backyard patio has a gas powered grill with an outdoor seating area. The side patio also has outdoor seating so all guests can enjoy there time outdoors! There is a guest house that also has its own patio with a gas powered grill with outdoor seating. The guest house has 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The bedroom has a queen sized bed that could easily sleep 2 people and also includes a flat screen TV. Also 2 air mattresses for more guests. The guest house has 2 living rooms, one includes a flat screen TV, a full kitchen with appliances and all sorts of amenities, washer, and dryer.
