I loved that it was across from the Georgia Aquarium which is a plus . What I did not like is that you have to pay 50 dollars a day just for someone to park your car . I wish it was given a choice but we was told it was mandatory! . Please list this on your website so that can give others a decision if they want to book with you or not .

No idea the cost to park was $50 a day and we had to wait 15 for someone to check us in at the front desk upon checkin.. Also the usb ports do not work in the room and one of the light bulbs are burned out in one of the lamps.

Nice hotel. Clean room. Nice people. Perfect location if you are here to visit the aquarium. Only issue was the breakfast. Was told breakfast started at 6:30am. That really only coffee and dry cereal. Nothing hot was available until 7:30am. Kinda messed up our early-planned departure as we waited and watched staff mill around and slowly bring out food. Sausages showed up around 7am. By 7:30 we gave up on any eggs or bacon. We left and found a breakfast place outside the city.

We stayed at SpringHill Suites during a recent family vacation and were immediately greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The front desk and housekeeping staff were both welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home. Each day, we were met with a cheerful “welcome back,” and the team even offered helpful local recommendations that enhanced our trip. The service was consistent and genuine, which made a big difference in our overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was meeting Ms. Wanda—she was absolutely wonderful! Her warmth and joyful spirit truly stood out, and we looked forward to seeing her every day. The hotel’s location was also a major plus, with plenty of nearby options for food, transportation, and entertainment. Everything was so convenient, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we return to the area, there’s no question, we’ll definitely be staying at SpringHill Suites again.

I enjoyed the room, however, our valet left our car window rolled down and the interior was soaked when we left. When I called to ask about it, they said they would call me back and now it’s a week later with no call. Staff obviously don’t care.

Very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. Aquarium and a good restaurant was in walking distance . The staff was amazing especially the valet parking staff. Also perfect interior designs.
