Check in lady was super nice but the room the refrigerator didn't work there was no coffee cups there was no sugar it just really lacked.. no one was in the hotel the pool was closed memorial Day weekend and I'm sure they could have been a little more efficient no restaurant either.

The Stone Mountain Inn is under renovation so I was accommodated to stay at the Evergreen Resort Hotel on Stone Mountain Park property The Hotel Staff was polite and helpful our Room was clean and the Lake View was beautiful

The property is old and in need of an update. However, we found our room to be clean and comfortable. It is very convenient because you can walk to the laser show. The staff was friendly and check in was easy. However, the lights at the entry really need to be repaired.

My AC was broken and it was 90 degrees in the room. No one came to fix it and the guy at the front desk just shrugged and said sorry, we’re all booked I can’t switch your rooms. Absolutely horrid experience at this property. Plus the pool and the restaurant were closed and the balcony was so dirty we didn’t even enjoy it. DO NOT STAY HERE

I will never stay here again. The staff was awesome. This place is way past needing renovation. The grounds are dirty, rooms are in need of repairs and renovating. Everything as far as amenities were closed. Spider webs everywhere outside, outside breezeways dirty, trash on the ground everywhere. This could be a very nice resort.

Never again.

I will never stay here again. The staff was awesome. This place is way past needing renovation. The grounds are dirty, rooms are in need of repairs and renovating. Everything as far as amenities were closed. Spider webs everywhere outside, outside breezeways dirty, trash on the ground everywhere. This could be a very nice resort. The State of Georgia needs to intervene as this is owned by the state.

Pur reservation was changed to another hotel on the morning of our visit. We had made reservation on the phone the day before. We were told hotel was closed due to lack of occupancy. The hotel we were changed to was VERY NICE, but not at the lication in the park to see nighttime light show.
