This was well worth the money. Staff was laid back which made me feel like I was talking to another regular person rather than a corporate trained bot. Felt nice being there. Room was clean, the lobby was nice will definitely book again if I need another hotel.

I ALWAYS stay at TRU, but this experience ugh!

The staff was very friendly. The bed was too soft and the pillows were very flat even after stacking 3 of them. The platform under the mattress was dirty. The room needed to be swept. I’m not use to that with Tru as it is my go to hotel and hem traveling. Therefore not the best experience.

Staff was not friendly or helpful. There was a fight in the parking lot between guests at 5am where several police officers were called. The room was fine, except the smell of weed throughout the property.
