Just a 4-min walk to 2 different beach access walkways, this home also features a private backyard pool, a fenced-in yard for privacy, and a refreshing outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off sandy toes after surf sessions. Elevator goes from ground floor to top floor.
Inside, each level flows with beachy comfort and functionality:
Level two-the first floor up-welcomes you with a cozy second living area-perfect for kids or a movie night. It includes a comfy couch, TV, and 2 bedrooms: one with a King-size bed, and another with two twin bunk beds-ideal for younger guests. These rooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo with fish-scale tile for that perfect splash of coastal charm.
Level three-includes 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bedroom has a full-size bed, while the other is the Master bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom showcasing a spacious tile shower and double vanity. There's an additional full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo, and this floor also includes the laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.
Level four-is the heart of the home, with a reverse floor plan designed to maximize ocean views. Here you'll find the main living room with a large sectional sofa, recliner, and plenty of extra seating around the big screen TV-perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen island seats 4 more, all surrounded by windows filled with ocean breezes.
The well-stocked kitchen features a cooktop, inset oven and microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a deep farmhouse sink-plus clearly labeled cabinets to make cooking easy breezy. There's also a fun half-bath on this level with beachy blue palm wallpaper for an extra wave of personality.
You're just a short walk from the local restaurants, boutique surf shops, and Atlantic Beach's laid-back nightlife. With room for 4 large cars, space to spread out, and amenities that make vacationing a breeze, All is Swell is your family's new favorite beach destination!

During Prime Summer Season the house rents from Saturday-Saturday only, and the home features a no contact check in/out for your safety and convenience.
Check in after 4 pm, check out before 10 am.
Guests must be 25 years old to book this home. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
All At Waves Edge guests pay a 55.00 damage protection fee at time of booking. This covers you up to 1500.00, ONLY IF GUESTS REPORT the DAMAGES BEFORE CHECK OUT to the PROPERTY MANAGER. No willful damages are covered.
Linens and bath towels are included with this rental-one set per person. Please bring your own beach towels, beach equipment, and chairs. Beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and baby items may be rented locally if needed-ask the property manager at time of booking so you can get them reserved now.
The aquarium is very close by, as well as many wonderful restaurants, shopping, and a well groomed golf course at The Country Club of the Crystal Coast. Explore Beaufort by the Sea for a day, and see the many artifacts from the Queen Anne's Revenge-Blackbeard the Pirate's infamous ship- at the Beaufort Maritime Museum. Book a deep sea fishing adventure, take an eco-tourism sailboat ride, or head by ferry to Cape Lookout Island and see the lighthouse! Don't forget about Fort Macon. Learn about the history of one of the most well-preserved forts in the United States, and see some gorgeous views. Visit the Rachel Carson Nature Preserve, go scuba diving or parasailing.
