This property is owned and operated by Point Oasis Property Management LLC (owner). By reserving this property you (guest) acknowledge and agree to abide by the following house rules:

House Rules:
•No smoking or e-cigarettes inside while on the premises
•No illegal substances on-premises
•No parties on-premises
•Please be mindful of neighbors and follow town ordinance for quiet hours (10pm to 6am)
•Only guests who have completed the golf cart waiver, are eligible to drive the golf cart.
•Bunk bed has a weight limit that must be strictly followed. The top bunk weight limit is 150lbs. The bottom bunk and trundle weight limit is 200lbs.
