Completely renovated (Fall 2020) contemporary coastal unit, ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean! Gorgeous views of the sound! Perfect for remote working or relaxing, enjoying the beach, not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is across the street with easy access. Bring your fishing gear, beach attire, toothbrush & let your cares melt away. Walk to restaurants, movies, & shopping. This COA has security cameras on the building exterior.

Sound facing contemporary, clean, & comfortable second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3-minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well-appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus sitting area with view or TV, and a desk/table for dining. This condo is a great set-up for two or as an awesome remote working location.

Did we mention the view? Incredible sound views from everywhere in the condo, and the set-up is designed specifically to maximize the view of the sound. Watch the boats and the birds. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region.

ATTENTION BOATERS: All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.

Relaxing Beach Getaway

We were familiar with the complex and location and were happy to find a unit on the Sound side of the complex with beautiful water and sunset views. Our room was very comfortable and perfect for two but it is also good for a young couple with one small child. The kitchen was great and well equipped with modern appliances and the bathroom, although small, worked well for us. The ceiling fans/ AC were great with the high summer temps. WiFi was good, however the cable TV was very basic, small, and dim despite efforts to brighten the screen. The owner had great communication with us which was a plus. All in all, location with large pool, picnic areas, closeness to ocean, and reasonable cost, makes this a perfect place to relax at the beach.
