The room wasn’t bad it was clean but generic basically three hotels room turned to a 2 bedroom “condo”. The reason why we picked to stay there was for the kid friendly atmosphere with having an indoor water park and arcade. I would stay again but what you pay as to what you get needs some attention. Our room had no view of the ocean. All in all we had a good time the room worked for us would definitely stay there again.

I was they for two days the first day this was a fight in the lobby. Two people got stabbed and then the next day I was looking for a bathroom with a changing table for my child. There is no change table there. Everything is dirty and I had to change my son in the floor, so I would never go back there ever again.

My family and I liked the property, and the location is very convenient since it is close to many places. The room itself was good, and the check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay. There was a noticeable smell of marijuana, which we really did not appreciate—especially because this was a family trip and we expected a more comfortable environment inside the hotel. Another important thing to mention is that the waterpark is not included, even though there is a picture showing a pool. Also, there is no pool in the hotel. The elevator even has a sign indicating a pool on the 6th floor, but there is no pool there, which can be confusing. Overall, the location and room were good, but these details should be clearer for guests.

Wasn't aware there wasn't a tv in the bedroom the kids was bored, one of the bathroom sinks would fill up when the toilet flushed, don't like how dogs are in rooms with people without pets all pets should be in the same area to not disturb other guests especially at night, and there's no phone in the room to call for assistance....rooms are nice overall, hotel is nice Waterpark is nice

They don’t show the fine print until after you book the room the walls were all chipped up residue of w.e on the walls.. I wanted to celebrate my daughter’s 5th birthday by taking her to the indoor water park was the only convenience for us!
