This beach house located in Ventnor City, NJ , This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath is only one short block from the beach!
Located on Wyoming Avenue there is a driveway and plenty of wide street parking!
With Walgreen, Sundaze Ice Cream, and plenty of dining within walking distance, it’s really a great find.
Not to mention you are a short Uber ride, bike ride, or drive away from AC and Margates night life, more dining and Lucy the elephant!
This house is comfortable for 12 guests.
You walk up to a large and newly built front porch. Enter into a cozy family room that leads you to the open dining and kitchen area. The kitchen leads you to a small office space and half bath. Short steps away from a laundry area, back family/game room, mudroom and the back patio area.
The second floor has the 4 bedrooms.
1- Queen Primary where you can get a small glimpse of the ocean (its the little things)
2- Queen second bedroom that shares bath with Primary
3- Twin over full bunk with trundle
4- Twin over full bunk with trundle
2 full bathrooms and one has a tub for munchkins.
