Came out for one night to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We had an amazing time together! The room was perfect the casino and marketplace area were amazing.

I checked into my room and when I opened the draw under the sink there was garbage left over from the last person who stayed. It was a whole bag of leftover food, drinks etc. The walls were old and dirty. I was on hold with front desk for 22 minutes and also on hold with room service for 34 minutes. All I wanted was water and the vending machine on the floor was not working. The staff were not pleasant to speak with. You would think after everything they would at least give complimentary water. I would not recommend to stay here.

“We them ones” overnight stay

It was an average stay. When we arrived, there were some issues with valet. There was an extremely long line to get on the elevator. The toilet in the room wasn’t clean. I also wasn’t expecting a tablet sized TV. Besides that, the food spots were great. Had a good time at the casino area.

The so called suite was so out dated . Bed squeaked, tiny shower, fridge didn’t work and the smell of halls and room was musty. They really need to update the rooms. Space of suites make no sense and definitely not worth the price.

The staff at the Reception was quite rude and uncooperative and almost turned us away at check in. They made my husband go to the back of the line for no reason. Another day our room was locked because the Key wasn't working and we had to wait for over an hour in line even though there was only 1 person in the line ahead of us. We won't be staying there again.

I love Tropicana it’s been my go to hotel. I haven’t find a hotel I’m more in love with than the Tropicana.

They allowed early check in for 16.00 which was great. My room was a corner room with ocean and city view. Jose at the front desk was kind and full of answers that makes my stay safe and full of options for an overnight stay.

It was prob great in its prime but it’s kinda old and tired. Restaurants are just gross chains. Feels like a mall you can sleep in. That being said, it was fun to experience, as it’s def a little trip back in time. The people were really nice, though. Both the staff and the guests. Glad I stayed there.
