It's Down to the Wire, and you are looking for a place to stay on the Plains. Look no more - this is your home away from home. Down to the Wire is a newly renovated condo just "down" Wire Road near the AU Vet School. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, each with king beds and their own private baths. Downstairs you will find a living room, which has a queen sofa sleeper, 1/2 bath and kitchen. The kitchen features new appliances with everything you will need to stay in and cook if you choose. A washer and dryer is provided as well. The exterior of the Brookes is currently undergoing major renovations, so please pardon the progress. If you are looking for a place close enough to all things AU - but just far enough to have peace and quiet on the Plains, DOWN to the WIRE is where you will want to be!
