Our team performed a whole house remodel 2020! It is our pleasure to welcome you to the beauty and splendor of Hummingbird Manor!

The Space:
Hummingbird Manor is a stately, historic colonial located in Skaneateles that was a former bed and breakfast. It has been professionally interior designed with an equestrian flair and has all new furnishings with over 4,500 square feet of refined living space. It has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms. There is a main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 1/2 bath. The other 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms are on the upper level.

The main level has a gorgeous chefs kitchen with granite counter tops . There is plenty of seating with a formal dining room that seats 8-10 people and a kitchen island that seats 6 people. There is also a Stickley sofa table that seats 3 additional people.

The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area so that everyone can be together in one space. There is also another a cozy den in a separate room across the hall perfect for reading or having a separate space for the kids to do some gaming, with pocket doors for privacy.

Outside is beautifully landscaped with a spacious deck off of the kitchen. There is also a gazebo where you can enjoy that morning cup of coffee! With five private acres, it’s like having your own little oasis tucked away from it all just over a mile from Skaneateles downtown center!
