Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Bathroom sink was a bit sluggish and smelled bad. Kitchen walls were dirty and silverware and glasses were disgusting. I washed everything I used prior to using and put it all in the dishwasher and ran it before leaving. Maybe you need to change from dry dish detergent to pods.

The room was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable setup and the beds were cozy. The staff was very friendly. I overheard one staff member talking a customer through an issue and she kept explaining in a very calm and friendly tone until the customer thoroughly understood the problem as well as the solution. Fantastic place to stay.

The staff was very friendly, and efficient. The suite was large and well maintained. Breakfast was actually cooked not just zapped. The only thing I would have liked was a shower wand and a lower sink. Not everyone is over 6 feet tall!
