Kept awake by running around in the room above. When asked for advice about transport to shopping outlet, the receptionist did not raise her eyes from the screen and carried on typing when telling me where to go for the bus. When I asked if you could buy a return ticket, she just shrugged her shoulders and said, ‘Don’t know’. Very dismissive and did not feel she engaged in me or wanted to help in any way. Very disappointing attitude.
