Only had 1 staff member on site, who was responsible for check in as well as shuttling people to and from the airport. This made us wait for 20 minutes outside in the cold while we waited for them to return to check us in. The rooms need some TLC. simple things like, Toilet paper holders were missing, no privacy curtains on the front door, and a window was broken and kept open. Also, in the winter, you only have space heaters, and it would have been nice if they had been turned on before we arrived. Other than that, it was fine. Sheets were clean, though the mattress was uncomfortable, and the apartment provided a good amount of space.

The actual room was nice and seemed clean, comfortable bed. Very few Power points for charging devices which was annoying. Couldn’t find any mention of a deposit being charged on Expedia, but fyi they charge a $100 deposit at check in.

The staff are ready friendly and helpful. The room is dated and could do with more ventilation to the outside area. Bed was comfortable and clean with nice linen and towels as well as toiletries included. Great for a night before heading to the airport, getting shuttles and leaving our car there.

Loud base music till after 10pm And then people other guests were fighting one guy was beating another guy oytside our door and I had to get up to tell them to F off before being verbal abused they were screaming yelling each other and banging the walls right outside the room till past midnight and prevented comfortable sleep
