Key collection for this apartment is from Wynyard Mart — a 24-hour convenience store on Halsey Street, right in the heart of Wynyard Quarter and just a couple of minutes walk from the complex. Simply present your booking confirmation details to the attendant and they will hand you the key. The apartment is then a short walk away.

Wynyard Mart is open 24 hours, which means early arrivals and late-night check-ins are equally straightforward — no need to coordinate around office hours. If you are arriving by taxi or rideshare, it is worth asking your driver to wait while you collect the key, as it is a very quick stop and the walk to the apartment with luggage is easier with a drop-off close to the door.

A private airport transfer can be arranged at additional cost with at least 48 hours notice.

On Saturday mornings the Wynyard Quarter Farmers Market sets up along the waterfront — freshly shucked oysters, artisan bread, and serious coffee. The Viaduct Harbour`s celebrated restaurant and bar strip is an easy walk east, connecting through to Commercial Bay and Britomart`s cobblestoned laneways. This is a non-smoking, no-vaping property throughout — including balconies and all common areas. No parties or events. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.
We kindly ask all guests to help us maintain the peaceful, high-standard environment of this home by following a few simple rules:

Please respect our no-party policy and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.

Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance away, full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
