Just Minutes from Newmarket and the Auckland CBD A short walk from Remuera Train Station and Remuera village. nFree wifi and SKY TV and a kitchen to prepare your meals and lots of great restaurants nearby too. Free carpark right outside your door and extra free parking on the road. Please note the driveway is very steep confident drivers only. There is a convection and microwave oven so you can grill roast or microwave nand there is also a two hob hot plate :) Electric Frying Pan and all the Pots and pans cutlery and crockery. Given our property's natural setting surrounded by trees and greenery, it's possible to encounter bugs and insects during your stay. We strive to maintain a comfortable environment and appreciate your understanding of our natural surroundings. We regularly clean and inspect the property to ensure everything is in the best condition for your comfort. The studio is private but the house above/behind your studio can be a bit noisey at times (family staying here) there is not a lot of insulation in the ceiling so if you sleep lightly do bring airplugs! The driveway is 115 meters long and it is steep so if walking up from the road (great for those butt muscles) you need to be reasonably fit. Carpark right outside your door :) PLEASE NOTE: If your required dates are not available please feel free to contact us as availability dates and minimum stay requirements do change from time to time.


No parties or social events.

No visitors to the property, only the guests booked to stay to be at the property at any time during the stay.

Please remember to put the key back to the lock box. The extra cost to replace the Security Key is $150.

***We are open to having small pets stay in our properties but please talk to us BEFORE booking.*** We love having pets stay with us but we have some rules you will need to agree and accept first to help us protect our landlords property and our relationship with our neighbours. And we don’t charge extra for your pet unless you break our rules.

Please read and accept if you are ok with the following: Pet Rules; you agree to clean up after your pet, this includes but not limited to all poo and hair after your pet. You'll also be responsible for any and full replacement for any damage they cause, either intentionally or carelessly. This may include professional shampooing of carpet or in extreme cases carpet replacement if we can not remove the smell of pet urine or poo in the carpet. Your pet must remain quiet, if we receive a noise complaint we reserve the right to cancel your stay with immediate notice.

Only pre-approved pets permitted on the property at any time. Please keep your pet within the house site. Please reply with “We accept the pet rules” and we will approve your booking. Thank you.
