The hallways and room floor carpet not properly clean to which I came across silverfish and mites. Bathroom essentials not restocked as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Shower rose was damaged and the hot water pressure was to a bare minimum. Sitting chair wobbly and unsafe to sit on it ( repair needed ) and all of these been passed on to the house maids. Overall very disappointed.

Not a very nice stay,noisy with cars coming & going. broken tap & hanging off the wash basin sink no soap,no smoke alarm in the bedroom area,no air conditioning,in bedroom,broken window latches, ,unmanned office, we had to go next door to Gateway to get info & & restaurant food in Gateway terrible.We ordered a Lamb Korma & Naan Bread. What a joke our Koma's was swimming in liquid & the Naan bread was 2 pieces of warm pita bread.I could go on but I won't. We would never stay there again.

Disgusting I would not wash my dog in the shower. Toilet equally disgusting. No window in room. Dodgy lock. Stained linen. Kitchen not fit to prepare food and no cutlery or crockery available if you were brave enough to do so. No TV. Stained carpets, wires hanging out walls, holes in the walls. Do not understand how this place is in business

absolutely disguisting here do mot reccomend we had light coming through the blinds that were all broken it looked as though there had been a domestic violence that had happened in our room and unfortunately we are still stuck here for 3 more days

Clean and tidy bedroom, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Reasonably good price. So close to the airport. However our room was so close to the road so we can hear noisy cars, not so bad tho'. Overall it was ok.
