Tämä kutsuva 3BR / 3BA, toimisto, 70-tyylinen koti sijaitsee kätevästi vain 20 minuutin pohjoiseen Austin keskustasta ja kävelymatkan päässä golfkentältä. Tärkeimpänä istuinalueella on taulu-tv kaapelikanavilla, vauvasävelu vieraille, jotka voivat pelata, ja suuri poikkipinta sohva ja aksentti tuoli. Suuret ikkunat odottavat kukkulalle ja naapurikattoisille katolle. Yläkerran terassilla on runsaasti istuntoa nautittavalla iltavalaistuksella. Täysin varustetussa keittiössä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita ja kahvia aamulla. Baariistuimet 4 ja keittiöpöytä mahtuu 8: een ylimääräisillä tuoleilla, jotka löytyvät kotona. Kaksi huonetta sijaitsevat talon vastakkaisella puolella, jossa on täydellinen kylpyhuone / amme-suihkukaappi. Molemmissa huoneissa on queen-size-vuoteet. Alakerrassa on lasiseinä, joka näyttää altaalta kohti. Tässä huoneessa on futon, joka taittuu ulos king size-vuode ja myös oma kylpyhuone suihkulla.

Kun suuri päivä Austin on hulluus, asettuu rentouttavaa iltaa uima-altaalla. On 1 iso pöytä, joka istuu 6, jossa on 2 lepotuoleja lähellä ja jopa toinen oleskelualue altaan yli. Käännä suihkulähde ja nauti yksityisestä lomakohteestasi! Jos päätät tehdä oman Texas-grillisi ... Päätä HEB: lle viiden minuutin päästä ja noutaa hyviä pihvejä. Grilli sijaitsee lähinnä keittiön sivupihalla.

Yksi kätevä osa tällä alueella on helppo pääsy kaikkiin moottoriteihin. Tie-tie lähellä (pois kilpailuista), 183 yhdistää 35 ja Mopac (Downtown nautinto). Austin on loistava paikka tulla ja tiedän, että nautit täällä yöpymisestä.

We had a wonderful stay at the Artsy luxury Resort. We stayed over winter break and it was the perfect time to visit. The whole family really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. The water feature for the pool along with the many places to hang out around the pool made it a great place to relax all day. Even in the winter with some warm days and some chilly, the water temp was very pleasant and we swam multiple times per day. For extra kiddo safety, the owner asked if we would like to put on the alarm on all the doors going out to the pool and we appreciated that. There is a gas grill that is super easy to use for an easy stay at home BBQ. The house is very clean and well kept. It is decorated very nicely with art and decorated tastefully for Christmas. All the bathrooms had fun water features to enjoy in the shower or tub area. The pull out couch in the basement is great for a kiddo. It is only a few stairs down from the kitchen so it doesn't feel basement like and it has a great view of the pool. Downtown Austin is not far for activities and restaurants, but far enough away in a safe/quiet neighborhood next to a golf course. There are also plenty of activities with a short drive in the surrounding area, especially for kids. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The owner is very responsive and helpful to any questions that we had during our stay. My children and I really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend. .

From check in to check out. Amazing property and managers! Always available within reasonable time for our few questions. We have stayed in several properties around the US . This was by far our favorite. I honestly did not find/see one thing that I would want changed. The decor, the amenities, the pool, the master bed and bath, to the little things , coffee, spices , all kitchen needs!!!! Absolutely not 1 complaint!!! We hope to get to visit again

Perfect stay

Our stay at the house was just what we were looking for. The house is exactly as pictured, we all enjoyed the pool, and it is not a far drive into downtown. Our host responded quickly and kept us informed. We will definitely book again when we come back to Austin.

Property was as described. This very well stocked, very comfortable home was perfect. The rental is stocked with paper products, pantry items, etc. leave everything at home. There are plenty of linens, towels etc. property owner reached out to me the morning of our stay and was easy to reach. Recommend to all and would come back .

Amazing Place for a Getaway!

Wow!!!! What a fun property! Our family gathered for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation. The interior and exterior were immaculately maintained. It was full of amazing lightning and whimsical designs throughout. The home had several areas around the property for lounging or enjoying a meal. The pool and grounds were beautiful and inviting! The kitchen had everything imaginable! It also had a gorgeous grand piano that my niece- who’s an accomplished musician- play and sing which was a bonus for our family’s entertainment! So much thought and attention has gone into this home. Our host, Mindy, was exceptional! She graciously accommodated a couple of requests that made our stay extra special! We highly recommend this home for a nice getaway!

Eclipse House!

We had a wonderful stay here and witnessed the solar eclipse from the backyard, some us in the pool, some in the jacuzzi and we couldn’t have asked for better! The host Mindy was so helpful and has appointed the house with everything you might need to gather family together to celebrate!

This home is done beautifully with owners own touch. Very high end and very clean. Pool and hot tub heated with additional cost. Location near downtown Austin. Lots of extras added for comfort. It is pricey but worth the cost.

Amazing!

We loved this property! It truly exceeded our expectations. Beautiful home. Well maintained and spacious. The backyard pool area was terrific! It is very centrally located with many great restaurants and shopping options within a short drive, and the home itself is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time in the "Domain" area (shops, restaurants, entertainment, bars etc.) which was about a 15-minute drive away. The host was wonderful at communicating with us. We felt very welcomed and would definitely return in the future!

Second year in a row and booking for a third. WE love this place. Everywhere you go it is an art piece. Pool is amazing, upper pool deck.... amazing. Backyard is where we spend most of our time. Impressed every time we stay!
