Chic Casita 8 blocks from downtown!

Welcome to our charming casita nestled a few blocks from downtown Austin! This cozy studio is the perfect accommodation for solo travelers and couples seeking a comfortable stay in Austin, Texas.

Step inside and be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The casita features a furnished comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

Please take note that this is a STUDIO, which means that the sleeping area is located in the living room. The bed is a pull-out situated directly under the gray couch in the living area. It is a queen-sized bed, and the pull-out couch differs from a fold-out couch as it can be easily pulled out for setup.

The windows also have shades that can be rolled down for a comfortable and private night's sleep.

The casita also features a kitchen where you can prepare light meals as well as a washer/dryer combo (1 unit that does both) so you can return home with your laundry already done!

The casita can act as HQ as your group bounces around downtown, walk 10 minutes to Rainey St., South Congress, Town Lake, Lady Bird Lake, east side, and campus areas; without having to worry about travel distances.

Our casita sleeps 2 and has a convenient larger-than-usual kitchenette so you can get a simple breakfast, lunch and dinner on the table! (Although, to be honest, the (very popular) Taco truck next door is likely the reason we have guests coming back) ;)

NOTE: We want to make sure you're aware of the setup here! The casita you'll be staying in is located at the back of a separate front house. It's got its own private entrance, giving you a nice sense of privacy. Just to clarify, the casita is separate from the main house, so access to the backyard, pool, and other amenities are not included.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- You will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
- The minimum age to rent is 21
- No smoking
- Garbage maintenance is scheduled every Thursday. The team will collect the trash bins from the property, and on Friday, they'll return them to their proper place. This regular service ensures that the property stays clean and well-maintained for your comfort.
- Yard maintenance is scheduled every other Wednesday to keep the outdoor areas clean and well-kept. The service typically takes place during daylight hours and is focused on exterior spaces only. We do our best to minimize any disruption during your stay and appreciate your understanding!

Other details to note
For safety, there is a ring doorbell at the front door. It is active 24/7. Video and sound recording is motion activated. The home is also equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located outside of the home. It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. Tampering with or disabling the ring doorbell and noise monitoring sensor will immediately cancel the reservation.

Cancellation Policy: 50% refund up until 60 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days.

Unapproved late checkouts will incur an additional charge of $300.
