The property was spotless!
The property owner/manager was very accommodating when we asked to add an extra day at the last minute… the house was very comfortable & spacious. The view was lovely.
The home was perfect for our stay. We were close to the event we were in for and close to other relatives. The deer kept us entertained, especially the grandchildren. They also loved the view of the lake and the boats from the back porch. It was so relaxing and enjoyable.
We had an unfortunate situation arise and when I talked to the property manager she was so kind and communicated
ASAP with the owners. It ended up I only needed their generosity for a day but their reaction and kindness was much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
This was the perfect house and location for our cliff-jumping trip. Every year we visit Pace Bend Park and our teenage son hits the cliffs. This year we rented a boat. The location of this property was close to a Briarcliff Marina where we rented our boat and only 15 minutes from the cliffs. The house was spacious. The view of the lake from inside the house was gorgeous, and even better from the spacious deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare light meals. The beds were comfortable. The ceilings are high and there was a lot of natural light thanks to sky lights and huge windows. Also, it was very quiet in the neighborhood, which was really nice. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of lake Travis, you can enjoy the sunset view and sunrise view from the patio.
The closest beach access is pace bend park, about 15 minutes drive,which has excellent swimming areas plus great mountain bike/hike trails.
