The TV in our room had a 2" line going down the screen where you could not see anything. The phone in our room did not work came to work on it for never fixed. The elevator was not working correctly. We were on the 3rd floor and when you wanted to go down, you had to keep pushing the button 5-6 times before it would start moving. We made reservations for 4 rooms and one reservation that for a single room was more than the one we booked for 3 rooms. We were in the area doing some work.

The smell in the room was terrible and dirty. The sink had hair as if someone shaved. The bed had hair. Didn't add cloths to the drawers because it was dusty and dirty. Blankets were terrible. Breakfast was average and what you'd expect. Parking was unsafe for cars. First time staying at this chain but will never again. I've stayed at numerous motels and I always keep my expectations low but this was beyond. What I expected was the minimum which meant being clean. Also we could hear the people above us walking around. We heard the next door as well. Felt like we had zero privacy. To the hotel: Clean the rooms and air it out.

Stayed here for the f1 race and it was ok for the price. The location was only 15 min from the airport and 15 min from the shuttle site to get to the race. The hotel needs investment in the rooms , gym , eating area etc. At the end it was ok for a couple of nights for the race.

Never specified that this place charges a 100 dollar deposit for if you damage the room, But it will get refunded, and they will not do half now and half later. I got a non-smoking room and it smelt like it's been smoked in before. There is dirt on the walls, dust or dirt on the baseboards and Doorframe. If you are just needing a place to lay your head.This is it.

I noticed a weird green light over the shower in my first room and Abby was super rude and said "call APD and do whatever you have to need to do." So I ended up staying at a friends house instead due to me being worried I was being recorded in the bathroom, two tvs not working, and Abby being rude, and me being terrified of being trafficked. NEVER AGAIN! I took several videos for documentation purposes and calling PD
