Having a kitchen to cook was amazing. The staff is really helpful. The pool is only 3' deep so it has limited uses. It is an apartment, so kind of what we expected in terms of hearing neighbors above us. Our unit faced the interior courtyard, which was nice that we didn't hear any street noise. The area is nice and walkable.

Although we had no major problems with our stay, this apartment block feels a little bit depressing. The corridors smell like poo mixed with cleaning products and even the apartment itself occasionally smells intensely bad. The balcony door right next to the interstate doesn’t close nicely and it’s noisy. Quite a few long black hairs here and there. But the location is close enough to walk into downtown and I appreciated self-parking which is rare in Austin.

The staff were super helpful. The room was clean, tidy and as described. The girl who checked us in made sure we had a room away from external noise as per our preference. Would 100% recommend for future stays.

The beds were not comfortable at all. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything next door. The reason I would not stay again is the presence of roaches in the kitchen. They were running across the counter. I had a very hard time staying after I saw them. The location was convenient and liked having a refrigerator and washer/dryer. We will not stay here again though based on the bugs and lack of sleep.

Very clean, quite and with an easy contactless form of check in. It is also in a very good location... walking distance from 4th & 6th Street. I didn't realize they DO CHARGE FOR PARKING. So just fyi to others.

The property matched the pictures exactly, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, this location is built next to a busy main freeway, and it was incredibly noisy. Upstairs bedroom occupants got very littel sleep.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here but sadly that did not happen. The walls are paper thin so you can hear literally everything in all directions. There was a light directly outside the windows with no curtains to block it. The beds are so uncomfortable and sleep did not happen. Additionally, I was charged an extra $150 BEFORE CHECKING IN for "incedentals". They say it'll come off in 5-7 business days but really unsure why it was charged before I checked in and not listed on the documents.
