Property is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The rooms were clean however the hotel is currently in the middle of a construction zone. The rooms were comfortable except for a rug that was a trip hazard. Also, in the bathroom, you hit your head on the cabinet when you use the toilet. I would stay here again because of the location.

The property was very nice and conveniently located! We had a few issues with our code working to get into our apartment, but were given a key immediately! 24 hour staffing is really great! We were lucky to have the help of Robert during our stay! He was phenomenal!

The property is not a typical hotel. Very little help in the building. No room service or cleaning of the room. Security codes needed to be entered at every doorway and fire stairwell. One elevator out of service. Just not a comfortable stay for us.

Place was nice and the common area and pool were a good addition for hangout spots, a lot of homeless in the area and room was next to the highway so it was hard to sleep at night due to the noise

* I have to put the 7 digits code three times to get to my room and again when leaving. The touch pad is sensitive, have to enter the code more than once. FRUSTRATING. * Murphy bed uncomfortable l, pillow keeps falling from hole in the back to the floor. *to kinds of smells one in the lobby a different one in rooms. This constant smell of deodorant is nauseating and unhealthy. * I am a platinum member of hotels.com I asked to check out at 1, I was told I have to pay 50 dollars. I had to do my business meetings from the lobby.
