Ne mérite clairement pas 3 étoiles. Ancien campanile non rénové. Le check-in était sensé être à 15h, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 18h, la chambre n'était pas prête ! Nous avons attendu 5 min que quelqu'un se présente à la réception pour nous accueillir, puis une 20aine de min pour pouvoir nous installer dans la chambre. Pas de bouilloire, donc pas de café ou de thé. La propreté de la salle de bain laissait clairement à désirer : moisissures, joints fatigués, l'eau de la baignoire ne s'écoulait pas correctement , nous avions l'impression de remplir la baignoire sans bonde... Strict minimum pour le petit déjeuner.

Nous sommes arrives a minuit. J avais pris bien soin de prevenir l hôtel de notre arrivée tardive. Mais une fois sur place l automate n a pas trouvé notre réservation. Nous avons du acheter une autre chambre Nous etions 3 clients hotel.com. nous avons eu tous les 3 le même problème. Lamentable .
