Overpriced, next to the road

The hotel is next to the road, our room was under the road level and you could hear the cars at night. The pillows were extremely hard I couldn’t sleep, I took the cover out and used a cushion pillow instead. It was clean and the size of the room was good but given all the other reasons I find this hotel very overpriced.

Çok soğuuuk

Birincisi odayı jakuzili diye sattılar ama ne yazık ki jakuzi çalışmıyordu. Oda çatı arası ve aşırı soğuktu özellikle banyo buzhane gibiydi. Dekorasyon ve otel alanları hoş bir tasarıma sahip ama saat 11:10 gece daha servisler masada dururken kahvaltıyı kaçırdınız dediler yani anlayacağınız mimar tutup dekorasyon yaparak olay bitmiyor.

otel giriş yaptığımızda odanız hazır denildi fakat oda çok pisti temizlk yapılmamış yerler kirli saç doluydu kısmi bahçeli oda tuttuk bahçe kısmında ne minder ne yerler temizdi her yer toz içindeydi tekrar temizlenmesini rica ettik 5 dk beklettiler bizi fakat yinede düzgün temizlik yapılmadı lavabo vs saç doluydu minibar a su dahi konulmamıştı bahçe kısmı hiç temizlenmedi ,kahvaltı dışında güzel memnun kaldığımız birşey olmadı açıkcası

Genel Değerlendirme

Check in saati 2 yazmasına rağmen saat 3 de ancak odamızı verebildiler, çarşaflar yeni yıkanmış olduğu için nemliydi. Odanın balkonunu temizlememişlerdi, bizden önce kalanların çöpleri ve küllüğü duruyordu, odaya girdiğimiz an temizlenmesi gerektiğini söylememe rağmen temizlenmedi ancak ertesi gün ikinci defa söylediğimde temizledir. Otelde bariz bir eleman eksikliği var, 4-5 kişiyle oteli çevirmeye çalışıyorlar hal böyle olunca genel olarak hizmet kalitesi düşük kalıyor maalesef. Otelin bahçesinde kapıya en yakın masada kahvaltı yaparken lağım kokusu geldi birkaç defa ayrıca aynı koku arada odanın tuvaletinden de geldi. Otelin kahvaltısını beğendik, gözü doyurduğu kadar insanı da doyuruyor. Bahsettiğim problemler biraz dikkat edildiği takdirde kolayca çözülebilecek sorunlar, umarım dikkate alırlar.

Merkezden biraz uzak. İyi bir kahvaltı var. Otopark mevcuttur. Otelin bir plajı varmış onu bilemedik maalesef, Resepsiyondaki beyefendi bilgisi vermedi.
