The Apartment
This is a newly renovated ground floor apartment in a Houseman style building. The Apartment is ideal for a 3 person with its master bedroom and sofa bed. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 people if the sofa bed is shared, although we think that would be a squash.
All bed linen and towels are provided with your reservation.
The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a 140x200 double bed and plenty of storage space.
The living area has plenty of seating for four people and a sofa bed.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer,
The living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and microwave, dining table for 4, plenty of seating, sofa bed, HD smart TV (access to Netflix, etc.) and free Wi-Fi
There is restricted parking to 2 hours 30 minutes outside the apartment from March 31st to October 31st. There is free parking on Avenue de Dr Lambron (2 minutes walk away) and also on Boulevard Dr Estradere which runs along the Casino Park. (5 minutes walk away).
You will be close to all the amenities that Luchon offers in this comfortable and centrally located Apartment. The park and Thermes de Luchon are on the other side of the road, the cable car 500 m from the front door and restaurants, shops and cinema are just 3 minutes away on Allée D'Etigny (main street of Luchon). If you're looking for an activity-packed vacation, Luchon also has a lot to offer! It's the perfect place for skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, tennis and horseback riding, to name just a few.
A completely car-free vacation is possible if you want!
