I booked a room here as my halfway stop from the Bay Area to San Diego. I had a 26FT truck along with my vehicle being towed. I arrived on site at 2AM. When I spoke with the front desk person they informed me I had already checked into my room at 5PM. Which is impossible being that I was on the road. They gave away my room to someone else without even checking their identification. I wasn’t able to check into my room until 3AM. On top of that I had to pay an addition $170 dollars, and I had already paid for my room online. I have yet to receive my refund. Avoid coming here at all cost.

Love this hotel

Hotels in a great area. Staff is super friendly. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. A/C works great. Bathroom is big. Stayed here before and will stay again. Spend the little extra money to stay here...it's well worth it!

First thing the staff helped us get the perfect room for us. They were kind and efficient. The pool was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. We walked to a restaurant for dinner. The whole experience made us want to bring more friends with us next time.
