We wanted a reasonably priced pet friendly hotel - this place has secret add on fees so that your final cost is similar to a luxury hotel. And believe me, it is not luxury, Think rude, sullen staff and somebody’s old toothbrush and toilet paper roll lying out in the bathroom. Yuck.

Room was clean. Check-in staff was perfunctory. Check-out staff allowed us back in to retrieve a jacket in the closet. We left it because the closet and bathroom share the same sliding door.

Staff very friendly, clean room and properly. Once settled in our room noticed barking from larger dog. It was in the room next to us, we talked to it through the adjoining door and it would go silent, but started up again. Waited 1 hour hoping the staff would have noticed because we were not far from front desk. Without carrying on about the next hour or more, the staff was unequipped to handle the situation! One long night!
