Quelques commentaires pour justifier cette"plutôt mauvaise" appréciation:Quand j'ai fait la recherche sur Abritel j'ai été intéressé par ce logement j'ai alors voulu faire une réservation à partir du moment où c'était explicitement marqué "Réserver maintenant le montant ne vous sera pas encore facturé" comme on peut le voir sur la photo d'écran "Abritel.jpg"(pièce jointe dans les photos de mon séjour). Aussi quelle a été ma surprise en cliquant sur "Réserver" de recevoir immédiatement une alerte de ma banque, la Société Générale (photo d'écran "SG.jpg", jointe également dans les photos de mon séjour), comme quoi je venais d'être débité de la somme de la location et me demandant si j'étais bien à l'origine de cet achat!! Ceci sans même passer par la procédure habituelle demandant mon numéro de compte, mon code secret et l'envoi d'un numéro de sécurité. J'étais particulièrement surpris!! J'ai alors essayé d'écrire, de téléphoner… impossible de me faire remboursé, c'étais soit disant la règle commerciale de Poplidays, un sous traitant d'Abritel, j'ai donc opté pour accepté cette location de mauvaise grâce. Par la suite j'ai à nouveau eu un problème avec le relevé du compteur électrique, la valeur qui m'était envoyé dans mon état des lieux d'entrée par "l'Agence des thermes" (un nouveau sous traitant) était totalement erroné à mon désavantage!! Je suis allé à l'Agence des thermes pour me plaindre et j'ai été entendu. Voila mon expérience plutôt malheureuse avec cette location.
