Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors connect the open-plan living space to the terrace, so the water view follows you from the L-shaped sofa to the dining table, while the kitchen handles self-catering easily with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine.

Outside, the shared garden holds a children\'s pool and table tennis, making it perfect for families. During summer, you can also relax in the shared outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna, and a pop-up bar by the water. With a lift, level comforts and the beach on the doorstep, it suits grandparents and little swimmers alike.

Bedroom 1: The air-conditioned master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV, and enjoys direct access to the balcony with its fantastic view over the lake.
Bedroom 2: The second air-conditioned bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a TV, and also opens onto the balcony.
Extra: The double sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room sleeps 2 extra guests.

Bathroom
The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washbasin, with a washing machine adding extra comfort. A separate WC is available for added convenience.

Shared facilities are seasonal: the spa (Jacuzzi and sauna) operates from 15th September to 15th June, the children\'s pool from 15th June to 15th September, and the pop-up bar from 15th June to 20th August.

Balatonlelle is a charming resort town on the southern shore of Lake Balaton, the largest freshwater lake in Central Europe, where shallow, gently shelving waters make the beaches ideal for families. Swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing all run from the shore, and the town\'s main beach, Napfény Beach, is just a 9-minute walk (or a 2-minute drive) from this holiday apartment.

The surrounding region belongs to Hungary\'s Balaton wine country, with local producers like the Konyári Winery a 10-minute drive away, and go-karting, horse riding and paintball all close at hand. For a bigger day out, Balaton Uplands National Park, with its hills, forests and panoramic lake views, is about a one-hour and 10-minute drive.
The nearest international airport is Budapest\'s Liszt Ferenc Airport, approximately a 1.5-hour drive from this holiday apartment in Balatonlelle.
