Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 5 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 80 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 1 double bed. Kitchen 4 sqm and with electric cooker (3 plates), refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 4 sqm and with shower, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Common room 12 sqm and with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna.


Location
Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On a riverside road, directly across from the water. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and tumble dryer. Television reception via antenna. TV channels only in the local language.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.
