South Beachiss���� sijaitseva Watercolor sijaitsee ihanteellisesti merimarkkinoiden ja Shoals Clubin välissä. Keitti���������ss������ on mukautettuja kirsikkakaappeja, runsaasti graniitti työtasoja, ylimitoitettu saari, jossa on oma pesuallas, kuuden polttimen Wolf-alue, aamiaisbaari, johon mahtuu kuusi ja Sub Zero -jääkaappi. Autotallissa on jopa ylim��äräinen j��äkaappi.

Keittiön vastapäät�� on ruokasali. Nauti aterioista upean kattokruunun alla, kun istut kauniissa pöyd������ssä, johon mahtuu kahdeksan. Ruokasalissa on my���s kodin märk�����baari. (Baarikotelon sis��ll��� olevat FYI-sis�����tilat ovat ��änijärjestelmän ohjaimia.) Olipa nauttia musiikin ruoanlaitosta keittiössä, ulkona porealtaassa tai yläkerrassa katsellen auringonlaskua makuuhuoneen parvekkeelta, ääni tukee lomasi mielessä.

Olohuoneesta ja keitti��st���� voit kävell����� suoraan katetulle kuistille ja napata yhden monista keinutuolista tai oleskelutiloista, jotta voit nauttia näkymist�� veteen. Jos haluat mieluummin astua porealtaaseen ja nauttia rentouttavasta vedest����, kun nautit merimaisemasta!

Muutaman askeleen pä����ssä kuistilta on kodin yksityinen merenranta-kansi, jossa on suuri teak-pöyt���������, johon mahtuu vähint����n kahdeksan. Täm�� on k���������������tevä, kun kuuma koirat ja hampurilaiset, jotka kiinnität vierekkäiselle suurelle kaasugrillille, ovat valmiita. Kaksi vesivärin makuuhuonetta on ensimm�����isessä kerroksessa. Niissä kaikissa on queen-vuode. Yksi sijaitsee meren rannalla talossa on oma kylpyhuone ja sis������nkäynti edessä kuistilla. Toinen makuuhuone sijaitsee k����������������ytäv��n toisella puolella. Sen kylpyhuone sijaitsee kätev��sti aivan oven ulkopuolella. Molemmissa makuuhuoneissa on oma taulu, DVD-soitin ja VHS-kasettisoitin.

Yl��kerrassa on avoin parvi, jossa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Nämä kaksoset ovat runsaasti aikuisille. Parvella on myös istuinalue, jossa on suuri taulu, VHS / DVD-soitin ja pelit kaikille, jotka nauttivat suuresta sohvalla.

Parvelon vieressä on makuuhuone, jossa herätät Atlantin panoraamanäkymän sängyn juurella. Nauti näkymistä, avaa ovet ja kävele ulos yksityiseen katettuun parvekkeeseen, joka on kiinnitetty makuuhuoneeseen. Fantastic property, great location

We had a great stay at Watercolors, wonderful location with private entry to beach. Rooms were great. Lots of amenities. Golf carts were great. Was able to get access to the BHI club for restaurants, golf, pickleballs and pool time. We had a outstanding stay.

Great for a family. Direct access to the beach was key. Fabulous weather didn't hurt either! Two improvement suggestions: Stock toilet paper...don't be stingy; fix the non-slip material under the long floor runners. Every single person in our group slipped on them multiple times.

Nice place

Nice older home some updating needed appliances need some TLC. Cookware and bakeware needs to be replaced. Master shower is nice grill is ok hot tub too small for adults and for the size of the home. Overall nice Will try someplace newer next time.

We have stayed at Watercolor before. The house has a comfortable floor plan as the living area including the kitchen is on the lower floor. Two bedrooms are also located there. The house is well supplied .While not the most spacious home on Bald Head it is very convenient and comfortable. On our previous visits we spent a great deal of time on the porch in rocking chairs visiting with refreshments, enjoying the spectacular view. However on this stay, 30 yards away, the house next door had workers removing the deck. Every day we had to suffer hammering, radio playing, voices shouting, buzz sawing. This forced us to stay inside the house. No fault of the owners of Watercolor (who we have met in the past and are a very nice and gracious couple).

Great BHI rental for a family with kids

We just went for the weekend, myself, husband and 4 kids 7 and under. We decided at the last minute to go, and the rental agency was very accommodating. The house was very clean, well stocked, had lots of dishes, glasses, etc that sometimes are skimpy in rental homes. The view was amazing, and we loved sitting in the hot tub looking at the ocean. We also really enjoyed the old VHS tapes for the kids to watch movies up in the loft, and the game closet to keep us busy during the rain. We will definitely return to this house!

Beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, perfect.

My wife and I were looking for a quiet, peaceful spot to spend some time away with our two children. Watercolor on BHI was exactly what we where looking for! Only saw six people on the beach our entire stay. When people say you have the beach to yourself, they mean it. It truly was the most relaxing spot we have ever been to. The accommodations were perfect. Direct private beach access. The porch on this house is a wonderful place to sit, eat or just relax and listen to the ocean. Inside has everything a family or any group may need. Perfect bedrooms, wonderful living space, and we just loved the kitchen. There were bikes and carts for exploring the island. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect...the house is beautifully decorated and everything is top of the line...from furniture to appliances and more. Very clean and everything works. Golf carts phenomenal. Hot tub an added plus. And, the location can't be beat---directly on the beach with your own private beach access. Can't say enough - it was PERFECT. We highly recommend and would rent here again in a heartbeat.

It was the perfect home away from home with a wonderfully stocked kitchen equipped with just about everything a chef would need to prepare a fabulous meal. The oceanfront, outdoor areas were also a wonderful place to sit and relax while listening to the waves crash on the shore. The house was very clean and conveniently located to everything on the island. I would highly recommend this house, the owners, and the rental company as they were all willing to work with us to create a special birthday surprise weekend! We would definitely stay here again.

We were given clear information along the way to help us get to the island and check in. The house had everything needed for a great beach stay including a massive book and DVD collection, a closet full of puzzles and games, and all beach needs. Kitchen had all you needed as well if you wanted to stay in and cook. Island has plenty to eat too for those nights you want to get out. We only ran into one prob with hot water and WWP was out there in a flash and helped us out. The main question to be asked is would we stay again and the answer is definitely!

Paid too much for a beach house rental with beach access problems & no access from house. Arriving with workers there was not ideal as it’s a safety issue with a single guest at house (myself) & crew of men outside. Response to house issues due to power outage was prompt.

Reviewer Comments: We have rented beach houses for over 25 years and owned a rental beach house for 5. This house had a well supplied kitchen. That was wonderful! Many games, movies and books also. The biggest disappointment was the condition of all of the mattresses on the beds! The king and two queens are terrible! We would never rent there again because of that. We go away to have a restful vacation and the sleeping conditions ruined that. There were roaches in the kitchen by Thursday and Friday. The two shower drains on the main floor did not drain well. We would be standing in two inches of water while showering. The dishwasher was not draining properly, but someone from the rental company came out to fix that.

This was our third summer staying at Watercolor and once again, it did not disappoint. The location on the island and ease of getting to the beach cannot be beat (especially with a few young children where back and forth trips are a given). The house is well stocked with amenities and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need if you’re cooking while on the island. Thank you for sharing you beautiful home with us!
