Robert and the other team members took SUCH great care of us. They anticipated our every need and made sure our stay was exceptional. We will certainly be back.
Great facility and we enjoyed our room. Clean and tidy.
Restaurant had great options and was delicious! Able to sit in the sunroom or indoors. Also can take a drink outside by the water if it’s nice.
Some short walking paths around the water that are close by.
Other than the hotel restaurant we ate at the Laroch in Ballachulish.
This is a great location if you want to take on some of the longer hikes in GlenCoe. We kayaked on the Loch and saw a seal around the islands.
Beautiful scenery.
We loved Isles of Glencoe Hotel! The location is amazing, The breakfast was amazing. The breakfast room has a wonderful view.
The room was comfortable and spacious.
I would love to go back for a longer stay!
Stayed one night at the hotel and enjoyed the sauna and pool after a day of hiking. The hotel is an older building with carpets that show their age and a few other quirks. The staff was extremely friendly and the area is walking distance to the bus station and grocery store. Would probably stay there again but expected a little more for the money. The included breakfast wasn’t that great, but did the trick.
The area was beautiful, situated by the water. The room was small, the bed was like sleeping on the ground with rock pillows. Dinner in the restaurant was mediocre at best. Breakfast was fine. The staff was pleasant.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Check in took about an hour because of pre scheduled bus group and there was only one employee checking in. We finally got to our room to find the only things that worked were the lights, no outlets and no TV. They then provided us with another room on the next floor, no elevator. Carried bags up 3 flights of stairs. Got to new room to find there was no functioning heater and a bathroom fan that ran all night. There was no way to turn it off. Everything was just poorly managed.
The location of the hotel is stunning, the staff were friendly and dinner in the restaurant was delicious! This is a wonderful place to spend a fews days in the Highlands!
We didn't get the VIP benefits and had to pay for a room upgrade. On the 2nd day, housekeeping brought a couple of the Crief Hotel Group gin miniatures and glasses/mixer into the room. This was presumably because we had responded to an Expedia enquiry regarding whether we had been given the promised gift card, which we never did receive. Staff really nice and friendly, area great and hotel fairly mainstream for 3 star venue. Restaurant great view, nice food but a third dearer than local well thought of restaurant and strangely service charge for hotel residents on top; making meals a serious matter. Worth having 2nd thoughts about the VIP access arrangements. Local area amazing for views etc.
