"Good location, great parking facilities. I have stayed a number of times at your hotel and always enjoy the good atmosphere and facilities of your hotel. My room was double booked due to an error with the third party reservations company, the male receptionist on check in on the evening of the 21st June 2026 was not that helpful when I explained the situation to him, he treated me as if I was of artificial intelligence but I have to thank the receptionist at check out (Natalia) when I brought it to her attention she sorted it out and sent a follow up email to me. Breakfast was good with a great choice"
