Delightful 4-Bed Whole House with Easy Parking

Whole House! Centrally located next to route 40 & 695 Beltway. House freshly painted & furnished. Huge park & soccer field within 5 mins walk, for dogs & to play. 5 mins drive to Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, Walmart, Applebees, Safeway, Enterprise, Lotte, Home Depot, Lowe's. Plenty of local restaurants & bars on Frederick Rd. Easy commute to BWI, B'moreCity, Hopkins, Ellicot & Columbia. Train for DC commute is 10 mins drive to Halethorpe. Parking is easy, with many spots and free. Great neighborhood.

This house has main level and basement. There are 4 beda (including the bed in basement), one living room, one kitchen plus dining (Kitchen n dining in same space) on the main level. There are one full and one half baths on the main level. The basement has one bed, and one full bath and a study desk. And backyard is newly fenced for privacy. There is a huge park within 2 mins walk for soccer, dogs, or just enjoy nature

I stay at 6 or 7 short-term rentals each year. Value-for-money, this is top 3 I've stayed in. All listed amenities were there. The house was in very good condition. The neighborhood was suburban and quiet but still only a 13min drive to the convention center.

Convenient Location and Exactly as Listed

Great location with easy access to DC and Baltimore. Great for a group of friends or a family (or both!) Host was very accessible and very quick to respond and very helpful! The back yard is fenced in for privacy and pet friendly. We had a lovely stay!

A Spacious perfect home for any baltimore visitors

this house provides everything you need for traveling with infant. its got washer and dryer, multiple restrooms that multiple family member fight over. the environment is clean with strong ac for the hot summer. location wise is great, 20min to baltimore. and 10min to ellicott city. Owner is really responsive. Highly recommend

Thanksgiving With Family

ARvl/chk-in was super easy. The house was clean and ready for arvl. The property mgr came and ensured the garbage & recycling was taken to the street on the appro day to make sure it did not accumulate. We had a large group (11 incl the baby) but the house was comfortable. Easy drive to both downtown/Inner Harbor and super easy to Ellicott City! The only constructive crit...there is a big table in the small kitchen...kind of more in the way than helpful. I'd rec a smaller table...6 or even 4. But in all...totally recommend this house!!!

OUR STAY

House was as described on VRBO clean, beds were comfortable. Only issue was never received the code to the door so had to call owners to get the code. They did apologize for the inconvenience and gave us the code. Besides that everything else was good.

Nice place

Nice place to stay for easy access to Baltimore without having to worry about any sketchy stuff. The roads are a little tight for dog walking, and traffic can pick up at rush hour for some reason. But there’s a large playground/ballfield/pitch about 2 blocks away that is very easy to walk to. You can’t beat the location with quick access to restaurants/stores and 695/40. The driveway is a little short for two cars if someone comes by, but I think that’s an easy fix for the host. The host was absolutely great before, during, and at checkout.
