Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Checkout 11:00 AM sharp. No late checkout without approval. Load used dishes in dishwasher and start it. Bag trash and place in designated bins. Remove food from fridge.
Leave used towels in bathroom. Leave beds unmade; do not wash linens. Set thermostat to 72°F and turn off all lights and fans. Return furniture to original positions.
Close and lock all windows and doors. Return keys or access devices and lock up. Check for personal items. Failure to follow instructions may result in cleaning or late fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
