The hotel staff was very accommodating for all of my needs especially when switching room. The only bad experience that I had was the carpets being soaking wet due to the room next door flooding. The staff moved my room with a hurry in the middle of the night which had more room and very comfortable for my group. It was very quite to where I could get work done and not be disturbed by other guest and staff.

Breakfast items were being replaced in an efficient manner. I did not use the shuttle but I could seem that it would leave on time. Staff was very polite and professional. Rooms are clean. Close to the airport and in a good area.

Great hotel, nice room and a great, informative staff. One problem with the room, the heater has a unique thermostat, something I found out the morning after my one night stay. The heater only runs when there is a person in the room. I've seen this before. So that's ok, but to set the thermostat you have to hold in a butt is to the Temp you desire. Nice place, needs a placard above room thermostats.

The rooms were clean. Staff were nice. The general manager, Jasmine had a good sense of humor. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The only complaint is the parking area. It is very limited spaces.
