Full room size windows that are beautiful, but no blackout shades so it’s bright and hot real early. They have one front desk person who is tending bar, making sandwiches and checking people in. They’re so busy that you can’t even ring the desk from your room. That being said the room is really big compared to normal and there’s a full pull out so we easily fit our two parents three kid family in the room. The beds were comfortable. The pool is really small and freezing cold and you have to reserve a time slot so not super user-friendly. The gym has a peloton which was nice.

I had an outstanding experience at Hyatt Place Baltimore and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and quick with check-in, which set the tone for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciated the separate living area with a comfortable sectional couch—perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries and had great water pressure in the shower. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were plenty of hot and cold options—scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, fresh fruit, yogurt, and great coffee. The breakfast area was clean and well-maintained, even during peak times. One of the standout features was the location. Hyatt Place Baltimore is centrally located, making it easy to explore the Inner Harbor, museums, and great local restaurants. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's a convenient base to get around. All in all, Hyatt Place Baltimore offers comfort, convenience, and great service at a solid value. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!
