Many opportunities with housekeepers and elevator

Tried getting help from two different housekeepers, neither one spoke a word of English. Very frustrating. Also frustrating, your elevator. Only one elevator for the whole hotel? It has got to be the slowest elevator I’ve ever experienced. Had to wait forever for the elevator to come many times while I stayed there.

I have stayed at this hotel on three occasions. I gave it an excellent review the first time. However things have gone significantly down from there. The second visit we were awoken by the smell of weed so strong our room literally stunk and we could not sleep at all. We hung in there for an early flight. We told the front desk she was very nice and apologized. Ok so we had a third trip almost stayed at another nearby hotel because of the last weed incident and no sleep but because we had a great stay the first time and the front desk people and staff are so nice and the beds are very comfortable we gave it another shot. Well first of all tv didn’t work took two calls to get someone

Horrible bathroom

Overall I have to say is never again. The shower/tub was not cleaned. It had spots in the shower and dull lighting. The fridge was not cold initially. The staff was nice, but was not accommodating to address the issues with thieir rooms.

I would stay here again, very nice hotel.

The suite was excellent. It has the roomiest bathrooms I've ever seen in a hotel, and the beds were comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

Pool is closed indefinitely. The building could use some updates. Only one small trash bin in the bathroom. A second bin would have been ideal. The towel rack in the restroom was starting to fall off of the wall. The sink didn't drain the water very well. There were some cracks on the ceiling and the interior of the building is very humid. We loved the location as it was close to the highway and the airport and there was plenty of dining options in the area. Only 15-20 mins. away from downtown.
