Enjoyed the hot tub and on-site restaurant. No sound proofing. Room was noisy at night. You could hear everyone talking in the hallway. On-site parking is expensive. But difficult to find street parking.

Quiet and comfortable

The Banff Inn was basic but very clean, quiet and comfortable. The whirlpool and sauna were great too. It was a bit far from town to walk in the bitter cold at night but in milder temps, it was an easy 20ish min walk. Parking was usually easy to find nearby.

Besides parking being a disaster, there are zero complaints about the stay at the Banff Inn. We appreciated housekeeping's attention to detail concerning providing the room with additional complementary items when they realized the size of our group. The spa area was also a nice little value-adding amenity. Our group of six stayed in one of the three-bed suites with plenty of breathing room, making the short weekend ski trip highly enjoyable and relatively cost-effective.
