Thr room was beautifully spacious and meet our needs on accommodation for 4 ppl. Just wish parking had a bigger area as i was woken up in the morning to move my vehicle. I waited and no one in sight.. so i would only suggest a bigger parking lot

The location is very close to the Banff downtown. Walking takes like 5-7 minutes to reach out all major areas. Gondola bus is like 200 feet from the hotel. We arrived early like around 10:30am and Elsa at front desk ensured that we got our room as soon as possible. We had our room at noon. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. And we had a room with balcony with the clear view of the snow covered rockies :) Great place to stay and we will stop by again when we go to Banff in couple of years.
